Annie is like the first champ ever made ..

She just needs a rework, plan and simple

.25 second cast time. She has a very obvious animation beforehand. I dodge it with pool all the time.

Its the murder-bear afterwards that gets me, if anything, provided she was low enough, or I was strong enough, for me to kill her.

they added a cast time on her ulti though. They even announced it when they did this.

But the reason they took so long is because annie zones you, get the hell over it. Mages do this thing

if you don't like ranged aoe stuns or whatever that's another story
