Is spirit visage supposed to help with mana regen? Because I'm pretty sure that at the moment it isn't helping it.

Increases your self-healing.

I consider mana gain as healing.

The game does not consider mana gain as healing. Can't really blame you as the game sometimes has some really funny interactions.

I find it funny that people are down voting though, because at one time mana was a form of heal. Poor soraka lost her unique mana heal.

Because Spirit in most RPGs improves Manareggen ;) So I for one think it would be a nice addition.

Who told you that spirit visage give mana regen? Spirit visage is a magic resist item that helps sustain health. it increases healing effects, and that does not include mana regen.

Spirit Visage improves your HEALTH Regen and gives Magic Resistance and Bonus HP. Also CDR.
