Should poppy get a buff?
just wondering if she deserves a decent buff, small buff or small rework because haven't been seeing any poppy's lately and so far her winrate and playrate is pretty low.

Riot should stop buffing everything and instead nerf all the stupid shit imo xd
Yes. 
I'm just stoppin by, 460k mastery here, all the time poppy player. her problems are based around heroic charge and its situational use that require you to put yourself in danger to hopefully connect with a wall to stun "1" enemy. - - Heroic charge is also beaten by many things like ezrreal's blink or dravens displace, or flash. the ability works great as support bottom, but 1v1 noone is going to be stupid enough to rub their bum against the wall, and in 5v5 even if you do land the slam you'll get your head kicked in.
Its a fun ability and feels good when its landed, but otherwise it feels like it doesn't belong in league. my belief is you should be able to scoop up as many ppl as you come in contact with.
