GIve back his shield, I can't fight any ad champ anymore, I play so passively because I can't go in without doing any damage. And while talking about damage, his animation is so slow when using his Auto-attack animation and remove his second E knockout animation, in 0.5 sec i cant do anything which is really dumb.

That's not "life quality changes". That's just "buff".
