Does 3 ticks of Fiddle's Drain not proc thunderlords?

I was playing Fiddles with thunderlords and it didn't seem to proc when I was draining them. Wouldn't be an issue, except that Morg's pool does, so I feel like Fid should as well.

PS: I don't think 1 spell should be able to proc all ticks, but if Morg gonna be allowed, I think others should as well.

Actual DOTs don't apply multiple stacks. Tormented soil is not a DOT, it hit champion standing on it every 0.5(I think) second, but each tick of damage is separate, so it does apply multiple stacks.

Yes, this is pure BS.

Well that's dumb. Why they giving Morg special treatment?

They aren't, other champions with similar abilities work like Morg does. I guess it was easier to code to that way.

Drain is not like Tormented Soil. Drain is a DoT so it only applies a stack of Thunderlord's on the application. Tormented soil is a zone of periodic AoE damage so it applies Thunderlord's stacks on every application of damage.
