Isn't it unfair to exclude Vayne from letting her passive work for hurricanes?

The passive deliberately can only be applied to one target at a time, which is also why the stacks are lost if she switches targets.

That's why it doesn't work with hurricane.

Why would it? It'd be almost impossible to fully stack it on one target since it would switch with each bolt hit.

I think what he means is that if it could stack on 3 targets at the same time. But even that would be weird because you'd be relying on your bolt's form runaans to hit the same target.

Are you talking about her silver bolts (w) passive? Because what you are describing has nothing to do with her passive

Her passive switches as she switches targets; With hurricane, you're hitting up to three individual targets with each auto. Jinx's Q is every auto; hurricane bolts proc on hits and carry auto attack modifiers.

its not coded as an onhit effect but as an on attack effect even states that in the description.
