Isn't that kinda op on some champions?I was just trying on darius and for someone like him with 0.70 AS all stage of the game and the need to stack the passive it makes the whole active a core for him Vi could also abuse this to almost proc W twice instantly Q>AA>E>hydra>AA>E so can xin i think for the knock up(?).
