P (Shadow Walk) Evelynn cannot be seen by any champion who does not meet one of the following parameters

  • The champion is within 800 units of Eve

  • The champion has a ward with Eve in its sight range

  • The champion has a summoned pet within 800 units of Eve

Champions who do not meet the parameters will not see Eve on their minimap, and if they scroll over to a location where Eve is killing one of their teammates, they will just see the health of their friend lowering with no apparent cause.

A spell built to restrict information from the majority of the enemy team.

Eh, an interesting idea and possible but the last one would probably not fly. It would be cool to have it tested on the PBE to see how that would work though.
