In all seriousness tho when are those Ryze nerfs coming?

I know it's common to joke about reworking Ryze and everything but it's time to be serious.

The thing is spammed by multiple high elo/competitive players for a while because he's abusable easily. He has litteraly everything in his kit he needs to be an extreme bully, but that's just too much :

• Has by far the best waveclear in the game
• Can poke you using that waveclear with no damage reduction
• Can reset his Q with both W and E (which i find retarded)
• Has litteraly a ghost and barrier with his Q, no cooldown, the barrier needs removal
• Builds tanky and is rewarded for it with damage (can onecombo you with a tear)

He has no need for dashes or flashes when he can exceed over 550 ms with Q and Stormraider constantly. Also, since he must build an archangel, the shields from his Q and the active makes it just too much, that's why the shield on his Q makes no sense and needs to be removed.

And don't come linking low elo winrates, that's absolutely not relevant to the actual champion who is clearly over-broken and has too much to offer as a champion in both early game and especially late game.
