Been gone a bit over a year - is Leona still complete garbage?

I left some time in S4 during the League of Moobility.

I saw Leona's E got an incomprehensible nerf. When I left, she had horrifying base MS and required an MS active and nearly her entire kit (and sometimes, literally her entire kit) -- just to have it not be a 4v5. And she was casually hard countered by_ everyone_ because it was the league of mobility; anyone even remotely skilled or with a fragment of mobility could not be hit with her rather slow ult.

Is she still trash tier? If so, do we still pretend she's not for some insane reason? Maybe she got buffs that I didn't notice? Are we out of the league of mobility?

It would be nice for her to be playable.

I don't know why people are comparing Leona to Braum. Braum can defend and peel for ADC amazingly, nobody can defend ADC as well as Braum can, not even tahm kench, he just eats adc which is not cool since ADC has to be dealing damage in teamfights but devour can save a lot of lives. Leona on the other hand is very aggressive support, still can peel for ADC but can't defend them, however provides insane damage with passive and skills early game, and is very good initiator. (braum sucks as initiator tho)

Well acording to stats she has higher win rate than Braum, Morgana,Thresh, Alistar,Karma,Tahm, Taric ,Lulu, Bard and Zilean. Supports with higher win rate are: Annie, Zyra,Nami,Blitzcrank,Soraka , Janna

Right now she can win trades 1v2 at level 3. Her ult has an extremely low cooldown for what it does and its range. And her pool party skin is amazing. http://i.imgur.com/d8qn3Te.png Worth playing.
