Which 10 champions will always be banned?
Once the 10 ban system comes out which 10 champions are you confident enough that will rarely - if not never - see play in ranked again?
My best bet would be the following:

Go to your favourite site with ban statistics for your ELO, and check the current ban rates.
The ones at the top of the list will be near-permanently banned, with the chance of seeing the champion going up slightly as you go down the list. Take each champion's current ban rate, divide by 6 and multiply by 10 for a rough estimate of what their ban rate will be:
I'm having trouble finding specific ban rates for specific ELOs, other than "all" and "platinum+" Here are some of the top expected ban rates I was able to calculate. They will vary somewhat by region and rank:

camille instead of zed and we're set
Personally, depends on how much Poppy is hurt by those nerfs. She deserves a spot if she's still too strong.
Heca and Vi are annoying to play against, but Heca is worse. His E is harder to get away from, and you can't juke it.
Cait is an ofc ban.
Syndra... eh, I dunno. I hate getting oneshot, and they're pretty tough to gank (Q+E), so maybe. She also still remains a threat even with behind, due to huge damage and AoE stuns.
LB sucks. Probably.
Kata is annoying. My teammates always feed her. Even if I beat her in lane.

I don't really find lee or zed to be a problem, lee is just annoying to see all the time.

I think, but Kayle is just OP so we'll replace her with when she gets nerfed.
Depending on if we get the same ban order as pros, it may not work out as simply 66% increases in ban rates.
If it's the same as pros, then it's the usual 3 and 3 bans, then some picks. If e.g. the adc is already picked, then in the later bans it wouldn't make sense to ban cait/vayne for example, so it'll cause some oddity in the bans compared to if all bans were at once.
I wouldn't say zed, tbh he is probably the most balanced assassin in the game right now. Replace zed with vi, and yasuo with kha and I think that would be a pretty good list. I'd even think that replacing leblanc with rengar wouldn't be that bad of an idea.
It is going to be more like Dota 2's captains draft given what Riot announced for LCS and the like.
So you will not be seeing 10 champs getting banned before anyone picks if this is the case and the last 2 bans for each team will be far more targeted at a positions that have yet to be selected.
I can deal with anything else.
