I know in theory it is good if you get one early on, so you can sustain more in lane... However what about mid-late game? I don't really notice any advantage from it. I might be wrong though I might not be consciously thinking about what it is doing for me at that time in game.
I feel like water drakes' buff should be what Triumph does. Heal %hp from kills/assiss.. or nah?t
Baron Barian1 votesImagine all of those poke wars that happen when all 10 players are in one lane, only really shooting out skill shots to wear you down, and maybe a skirmish if the minions show up. And then both sides continue to wait until something else comes up for someone to make a mistake. And these scenarios tend to last for minutes at a time.
These are the times where I wished we got the damn ocean drake. Most of the time though, the other team has 2 or 3 that basically give them all free warmogs.
