Can anyone else explain why leblanc's burst passvie leaves ADCs to attack at least thrice before proccing it? She cant afford to just go RoA and build semi-tanky AP items. She's also at a 47% ish winrate and is only used as a niche pick in pro-play as well.

That's why it annoys me when people rant about her. She's trash imo. By the time she goes to proc her passive, an ADC could crit her back to base. That's why LeBlanc's build Gunblade, it gives her burst back.

true rip old main. I moved to her like 3-4 months pre-rework she was fine for solo q. but pro play made riot force to make her this way. I tried her and man it isn't Leblanc anymore after mid game you are totally useless haven't played her since the rework and every time I see a post about her it hurts LOL :"(

A tris with three items can outburst any assassin and she also has a ardent supp to babysit her while she's going ham and has an escape absolute bs. It's funny meddler said the biggest problem of old Leblanc was how her spells were all point and click ( they rnt). AUTO ATTACKS ARE POINT AND CLICK. Riot is never going to be able to balance assassins if they keep adding delays. An Annie can f burst you in less than a second. Malz can surpress you while your health is going bye bye and so on. Assassins are ment to burst. These delays are cancer and need to be removed or the next Rework will be a failure
