I mean 1 buff is ok, 2 is ban or pick fizz in 5.17.

there is a buff on his q, his w is almost the same thorough mid game, but stronger late game. The only nurf is to AD fizz.

Which was the only build that was viable can't remember the last time seeing an ap fizz in high Elos all I saw was tank fizz with tri force. Ap fizz needs some love

AD fizz hasn't been a "thing" since he was coincidentally nerfed before cinderhulks release.

It's actually a nerf as it stands; only at 400~ ap does it even out, thats about halfway through the game or more. That means it takes roughly morelles > Zhyonas > lichbane b4 his ap scaling catches up to the nerfs. Even the nerf to AD dmg on the ult is a massive early game nerf to level 6 - 9 fizz
