Don't they realize that NO ONE puts a second point in Dark Wind (E) until level 1012????

If anything, increasing the mana cost of the first point is a nurf, and the mana reduction on the rest of the points is irrelevant late game!

c'mon dude,if you're playing him jungle , your E isn't your main source of damages. If you have your blue ,there's no problem. 10 mana points isn't that huge for an ability that you're not spamming. Plus ,it's a small nerf. i'm sure if you didn't read the pbe you wouldn't notice it
