Suggestion for Banner of Command...

Have it build from Raptors cloak + Amplifying Tome+ Fiendish Codex.

Here's what I'm thinking in terms of price: 3000g (comparable to Zhonyas) 60 AP 50 Armor 10% cool down reduction Point runner passive Banner active.

Now I'm no item designer but I believe this change will fufill the Ohmwrecker role of destroying bases (via the banner active), but would also suit tanks/melee champions that Riot designed the new banner of Command for. It also gives an alternative to Zhonyas whilst having a satisfying mage-like active.

Let me hear your thoughts. Helps me become a more creative person.

banner used to give ap and a decent amount of people took it , now with the armor and no ap there really is 0 point in takin git ever

I used to take it as a supp but now lol why bother wasting time and money on it. It really is slowly turning into a version of ohmnewrecker lol hardly uses because it's over priced crap stats long cdr the promoted monster is not worth it. The only real good use is if I'm fighting a teemo because monster takes 0 damage from anything teemo does unless he builds ad,but even then it's more of a last item and I use it to clear shroom but banshee is better and yez if I adc I take banshee lol can't tell you how many times people wanted to report me for hacking ....they be like I qd you how were you damaging me umm my banshee negated it so yah..... what I do find bs is teemos q does not stop yas q
