Will the item reworks include updates to niche items ?

For instance, Zephyr. No one build this, if you are not Jax, Irelia or Hecarim, or maybe a full build mobile adc that doesn't really need boots. Omhwrecker, I love the idea of this item and the active is great, but it is not good enough for the weak stats it gives.
