Yi going to be an issue again

So when they "fixed" that "bug" of Yi's that wasn't reducing the CD on his Q with the phantom hit on his AAs, they essentially overtuned him.

Remember back when Yi was first reworked, and he was Q'ing constantly and there was no counterplay to him at all cause you can't lock down someone who's invulnerable 50% of the time? Well he's back, once Yi gets sated now and has a couple items he can once again spam his Q, becoming invulnerable 50% of the time, if not more often.

Just a matter of time before he again becomes perma banned and Riot will need to fix him, I'm calling it now. So I recommend to everyone, just start perma banning him now so the scrubs abusing his brain dead easy kit and this new imbalance of his don't climb too far then plague everyone else better then them while they derank again once Yi is fixed.

I hate when that comment pops up, Yi is squishy but not THAT squishy, in fact he can get away with building tank items so he can survive even after being CC'd with his W and still assassinate squishies, he has alot of tools to dodge CC or ignore positional mistakes while at the same time punishing them.

He has counterplay but it isn't so simple, a person who knows how to play Yi isn't stopped by just "CCing him"

I'm Surprised how many people are not aware of this. I have seen Yi's on my team get Deleted cause they thought it was a good idea to go Glass cannon on a melee. The only two items you really need is Sated and BotRK. And even if you were going glass cannon, you should at least get a QSS to mitigate the CC.
