Had to drop lane phase early because bot lane was feeding and Shen couldn't handle Nasus. Not sure what the enemy Braum means by "I think you're boosted Vel'Koz. Any ideas? I'm still fairly new to league.

Why did you build spectre cowl? If you wanted mr I suggest abyssal sceptre for some damage with that mr and if you want hp, but Rylais with it too.

I'm not sure what he means lol. If he thinks boosted is silver 5 boy is he gonna be disappointed once he ranks up.
