You should be able to vote to kick in champion select screen. The game my friend just dodged from (thank god he did 0 LP on my part) there was a "Leona" support. She banned the mid laners champ, took smite and ignite then locked in katarina. Honestly you should be able to vote to kick trolls in ranked. If 4/5 agree, then que should restart and they should be kicked, without loss of LP. Anyone agree?

People are allowed to pick any champion to any role and any summoner spell. Giving someone power to kick players for their choices is never gonna happen. Not to mention how easily it can be abused.

playerbase here are around 13 years old. you give 13 years old power, chaos ensues. it is the law of nature
