Promo Match Dodges

I think there should be 2 or 3 consecutive dodges before you instantly lose a promo. This is twice now someone has banned my champ in promos and says something like Tyler1 in chat or starts bming right away. The first time the guy's actual name was low elo troll or something like that. He was the support took smite/ignite. Just dove everyone's laner 3 or 4 times and kept smiting our junglers buffs. There has to be some sort of implementation of possible trolls. It just isn't fair for the small portion of us unlucky few.
