Annie in URF is so overpowered. Have your stun ready, flash in, stun, bring out Tibbers and spam your abilities. How easier can it get? Other than Darius who just Q's all day, ults, and then ignites as if the passive bleed wasn't annoying enough already, or Hecarim who will just Q all day too, have massive sustain with his W, and chase your ass down or run away with his R and E.
