So Camille was pick/ban for some patches but now after her second set of nerfs she seems to have fallen on hard times and has a winrate of about 46% compared to last patch where she had about 53%. So are these numbers what we should expect from Camille considering she stumps at low elo or pro play? To me she seems like a good soloq champion for high elo but not pro play so her winrate should be around 51%, but what is the opinion from the community and riot?

Too nurfed. Was a god champ but as always people didn't know how to play against her so they cried NURF. She got it twice and now she's down and out. The nurf hammer comes out way too fast on new champs. Sol got the same treatment. Ever see Sol anymore? Me either.
She's not too nerfed at all. People are just still playing her like the ham-beast she was when her numbers were busted, and feeding because of it. Once people realize that they have to actually take care and plan their movements now with Camille, her numbers will even out. One patch's worth of data can hardly be a valid analysis on the state of a recently nerfed champion, especially considering that the nerfs have dramatically changed how safe she needs to play.
Shes still overpowered and obnoxious to play against.
Needs to recieve the azir treatment, basically parts of her kit need to be removed and she needs more counterplay.
