On Cho'gath Changes

So if riot anyway wants to give chogath a nudge by giving him unlimited ult stacks could something like increase in ability size with ult stacks be a good idea? It would fit thematically and would play nicely into his "new" infinite scaling. I mean just getting extra health and aa range is good but the aa range part is not really noticeable since he hardly every builds ad or ap on hit builds.
