snowball is the best thing that has happened to aram since they made lightbringer a good item.
It wasn't a mistake. It was the best thing that's happened to ARAM since it became a queue (though to be fair not many things have happened). It just needs its range reduced a little bit.
It's not so much a mistake anymore as a misguided action. Current snowball doesn't break ARAM, but it still doesn't address the champion power disparity.
