4/7 PBE Update: New Fiddlesticks, Jayce, Zilean, Ziggs skins, ARAM Improvements, Lucian and DF LS Chromas, and more

Why it has been cancelled year ago without an explanation? I mean may be it was too strong but anyway what was the idea of this change? Giving % AS for each slowed opponent... Strong dueling item? Hidden Irelia buff? Your thoughts guys?

Its more about Randuins being a tank item, not a dueling item. grab that on a quinn dash in hit 3 people auto attack 4 times before they can see at 15 minutes, thatd be an issue
