Thoughts on making Zoe unable to pick up enemy summoner spells for the first 5 or so mins.
It feels real bad to ignite a Zoe only to get ignited back, or to flash away from her only to have her flash to your flash to flash again for more damage. Just removes a lot of available plays against her in the early laning phase.
Just a viable alternative to make her feel more fun to play against without hitting her teamfight power.
