Increase in Jungle Role Theft (Play a mage, go bot, I take your spot)

Lately I've noticed a lot more people getting ballsy with taking other peoples positions, holding champ select hostage, and sexually harassing people.

A lot of "SMD", N-word, R-word (I don't really want to censor myself but trying to be family friendly for the board)

"You can play a mage bot lane, I'll take your role, i'm jungle"

A lot of it starts off with "I'm jungle" Or "I'm jungle you go bot" Or "I'm jungle you go support"

Is anyone else getting an influx of mentally ill people in their games? (I consider them mentally impaired for several reasons, no hatred/intolerance to those special people)

It's gotten quite bad for me, I've lost a ton of games lately because of an influx of bad behavior.

I really hate the champ select hostage.

The last one went out of his way to look up my best jungler and ban him.
