Banned for something, not sure what, Riot won't tell me

So I went to bed after playing a game of League of Legends after a couple of One for All's.

I wake up and get ready to play a game of League, but put on some music and get ready for it.

I get an email from Riot before this thinking that it was spam, trash, information phishing for my account password or information.

I actually go log in now and see I am perma-banned.

I put in a support ticket, and I am told I can be offered no information, and that there is nothing they can do about it, and that the account is justified banned.

How can this happen, I want information, I want answers.

I have not used anything to improve my performance, give me information, or otherwise put me in any kind of cheating privileged aheadness.

I can't even put my head around this. This is so confusing to me. I am upset, I am angry, and I do not understand.

I have spent over 1,400 dollars while on this account.

Limited Edition Project Skins, One Time Boarders, I even have the Ultimate Lux special Edition stuff even though I use it for glorified bragging rights when I play URF/ARAM.

There is no motive for wanting to ban an account that I have spent so much money on. I honestly think I might have spent more on Riot Points then my actual computer.

The only thing I can think of is that I have had problems connecting as of late, would that cause something like a false positive? It takes sometimes 5 minutes to load into a game.

Or could it be porn? I don't have the worldest greatest protection, but I do have Spy-bot and Ad-blockers.

Could it be an Ad-blocker?

This is literally my home, my LoL-account, my everything.

Season 4 till now. Earned Gold in every season besides my first.

Things I can never get back.

I need help.
