Vi isn't broken, learn to play against her
Alright, really sick of seeing Vi in a decent spot and having everyone and their mother complain because she is in an ok spot after being bitch slapped around by Riot because of their inability to tune the junglers when the new jungle came out.
Vi's kit is great for jungling, she has what she needs to be able to clear camps and gank. However she isn't all powerful, she can easily be taken down, and all you need is a little bit of a brain to do so.
First off EVERY champion can stop a Vi ult. It's called Zhonya's, Edge of Night, and Banshee Veil. First one is an AP item, second is a AD Item, 3rd is a defensive item anyone can buy. BOOM. Spell Shield. BOOM screws her ult.
Next up just plain being invulnerable or untargetable will screw with Vi's ult.
There are a ton of champions that can do this. Learn to play a few of them. If I really need to make a giant list to show you then I will. But for now, screw that im to lazy to do that much looking for you.
You can also kill her before she gets there. Depending on the game, how long you are into the match, and how a Vi builds she might not have much defense and can be bursted down.
Having a few dedicated peelers works wonders. In large team fights having a Rammus/Mao'kai/Leona and others who can protect a key squishy can do a lot to a Vi. You can CC her after the fact, and because of her ult nerf awhile ago her ult isn't going to kill anyone just by activation.
That's just the stuff you can do to deal with her Ult.
Her Q is a powerful dash, it has some decent damage, it has a knock up, and it can longer distances than a lot of other dashes. However there are problems and knowing it can help you. If she is trying to escape, you can walk your fat butt in front of her and she will Q you instead of to safety, anyone with a brain can figure this out and deal with a Vi trying to escape.
When Q is off cool down all of her initiation is lost, she can be easily kited, and at early levels the Cool Down is ridiculous. She will only be able to use Q once in most fights, and if she somehow survives long enough for a second Q it might just be to escape.
In addition if you don't charge it enough and give yourself time you can dash to the wall, not go over it and waste it.
The charge time for Q is obnoxiously long. It really takes her quite a bit to reach maximum distance + damage.
Strafing makes it hard to aim the Q, in addition going into bushes so they can't see which way your walking will have a good chance at them not going in at all, or outright missing.
Once she Q's in she is committed. You can easily bait her into a bad situation by baiting the Q or even taking it and then having an ally come in and making it an uneven fight. Vi is powerful but she won't win a 2 on 1, especially early.
To those complaining about Lee nerfs to his damage and Vi not getting a nerf, its all an even playing field now. They both do the same damage, and they are both just as reliable.
You want to screw with a Vi? Hurt her team mates and get ahead. Vi is powerful but her power is from others being slightly behind. No matter how much power she has if her team mates are feeding she will have trouble. Even if she has items and a decent level, if someone is even remotely close she isn't going to be doing as much because she won't be able to burst down those targets that are the threats.
There is plenty of counter play to Vi.
The jungle exp nerf hurts, but it affects all junglers.
CoC is going to hurt Vi but it does need a nerf.
Riot really needs to give us a better option than grasp of the undying,
