I can agree that teemo does need some buffs. Right now with new champs coming out more and tanks being able laugh at your shroom's even if you go all ap. He does not do much damage like he use to. People don't want him buffed because then they would have to think about how they would play agenst him. Right now teemo is very easy to feed off. And a lot of players like that about him right now.

I mean if you could just keep going after one champ and kill him over and over easy. Would you want him buffed?

No, his damage is fine on his shrooms. I say buff his Q or lower his mana or CD costs.

Why does Teemo need a buff? Sorry just confused. He's supposed to be an anti-damage/bruiser top laner. You don't need to make it so he's an anti everything.

No it's not. He's a scout, as in his mushrooms are used as wards, and the occasional damage. You set it up in the area you want to have a team fight, and you teamfight there. Their health will be low because of the shrooms, and you know where they are because it grants vision.

I prefer changes to Toxic Shot over anything else.

Toxic Shot is this awkward thing. It's basically just an extra passive that takes up ability space for no real reason. Twitch's passive is basically another DoT like Toxic Shot, yet he has it innately, yet Teemo will have to wait an extra level if he wants to open with Q? Why? Heck ASHE got her Q moved to her passive because it was rather dull as an ability, and moving it would allow for something much more fulfilling to be added. The same reasoning should apply to Toxic Shot as well.

I have similar Qualms with Move Quick, because, passive Movement Speed, and then active Movement Speed?... Uh...

Anyways. Now a days even if you make your case for witch ever champ does not matter Unless the people who play this game agree with you there's not much you can do about the champs you enjoy.
