@Riot Why doesnt Yorick ghouls apply dft or spell effects
zyra, heimerdinger, shaco, malzahar, ivern/daisy, annie/tibbers. all of these proc spell effects and dft. Why make yorick different? really tired of feeling forced to run thunderlord or grasp

Because Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
They don't apply Frozen Mallet either (but they do apply BC) and it'd be oppressive if they did.
Back when pre-rework Yorick spam abilities for an endless supply of Ghouls, I would've agreed with it.
However, new Yorick has to work to get his Ghouls up.
I don't think it be too bad to at least try it out on PBE and see what happens!
Because Yorick is a fighter, and all of those are mages (and Shaco is a leftover from early League mechanics). He also has to put bodies in the ground himself in order to raise them.
Also old Yorick had only one AP ghoul, and his old ghoul mechanics were terrible, no matter what the disillusioned snobs want to force themselves to claim.
