Melee characters base ad compared to range champions

So since the Marksmen changes I have not been anywhere as worried about assassins as I used to be, Zed can still 100 -0 carries but if their ahead at all they can 2 shot him with how easy and strong crits are now. I used to main talon mid and since the preseason I'm just findingit frustrating first of all Deathfire touchdoesnt proc on his q bleed but does on udyr's second of all they buffed marksmen starting ad so now talon with 55 base ad is only 1 ahead of caitlyn who has 54 and 3 behind lucian who has 57. They have talked about buffs to zed and kha but is talon just getting ignored?

Yes, Talon took a hit, but it wasn't on the same level as Kha or Zed. Bear in mind that it is fairly hard to buff Talon in a healthy way given his playstyle. Given those two points I am guessing that Riot thought their resources would be better spent away from Talon until they do an AD assassin sweep some way down the line.

Eh yes and no kha zix has been in a poor spot for a long time, so the changes only madeit worse. but you could argue tht zed's low win rate is because he has triple the play rate of talon and kha zix and well now merc schimitar is a lifesteal item so thr is no reason for adcs not to get it. I just feel like zed has been better then talon for a while and yet he's the one getting the buffs? least they could do is fix the problem of deathfire not procing on his q I would be happy at tht point butnow I don't feel like its worth to run it so what elseam I going to run ? thunderlord is nice but I don't wanna only be limited to it.. see where im coming from?
