Melee characters base ad compared to range champions

So since the Marksmen changes I have not been anywhere as worried about assassins as I used to be, Zed can still 100 -0 carries but if their ahead at all they can 2 shot him with how easy and strong crits are now. I used to main talon mid and since the preseason I'm just findingit frustrating first of all Deathfire touchdoesnt proc on his q bleed but does on udyr's second of all they buffed marksmen starting ad so now talon with 55 base ad is only 1 ahead of caitlyn who has 54 and 3 behind lucian who has 57. They have talked about buffs to zed and kha but is talon just getting ignored?
