New ADC Concept, Mana-less

I'm not proposing a complete work on how I think the ADC's abilities should be but I think it's time to have a mana-less ADC. We have top/jungle/mid covered with manaless champions. Some have great sustain/range (Vlad), some have great damage (yasuo/kat), some have great mobility (lee.....). What's to stop us from having a champion that doesn't use mana? Cost could be health like Vlad/Aatrox and is easily fixed with a Bloodthirst/vamp sceptre. Or it could even be energy based. I think it could easily work out well enough.

Thoughts?

Now I'll go about on abilities, a mana-less ADC would be able to pump out lots of damage if cool downs were in the same range as current ADCs. To "balance" the champion we'd have to look at having 1 utility spell and higher cooldowns than normal. Another possible balance is instead of having an ability that can do lots of damage to multiple targets (waveclear/teamfighting) the damage would stop at first target hit/marked however you want to think of it.

Think of a Q like Ryze, stops at first target hit or even a mini-gnar Q where it CAN hit multiple if they are bunched.

A utility like as either an escape/gap closer, AS increase/AD increase (thinking like Yi/Xed, leveling it increases AD by a percentage, hell even like Yi and it can give some true damage)

Range would obviously be a factor if they are manaless so they'd be on the low-end.
