And will it stack? Are we gonna see 5

How about some more info there Rito. Neither the mastery page or the patch notes make any of this clear.

It won't stack. Think of it like Abyssal Scepter: It's a unique debuff that can only be applied once at a time. If multiple people run it, the source of the debuff might change at any given time, but it's still only going to amp damage by 3%.
Also, even if they did stack, it would bring the damage from 43/second to about 50/second on sunfire. Not exactly gamebreaking...
it actually doesn't proc on zyra's plant damage, so i'm not sure what it procs on yet.
