[Concept] Solution to Walking Through Minion Passive
When 
was updated it lost its passive: the ability to walk through minions (all units?). This passive was amazing and I really miss it, and others are missing it as well. I came up with/saw in other articles three solutions to bringing back this amazing passive.

New Kind of Boots: A new pair of boots would be made that would have this passive on them. Probably built from
+ Money -
New Boot Enchantment: A new enchantment would be made (like alacrity, furor, etc.) My only fear for this is that it would become too dominant, like homegaurd was.

A New Summoner Spell: This is my personal favorite idea. Remove Alacrity and put it and the "moving through minions (units?)" passive onto a summoner spell that is passive. We do not have a passive summoner spell and I think it would be cool to have one. Plus, I have a small fear that Alacrity may become the new homegaurds.
