Shadow Isles Soraka! A Halloween skin

Halloween is right around the corner so who knows what kind of skins we are going to get. But I vote for this one.

UPDATE: Some great feedback from y'all and I actually agree that this would work much better as an april fool skin, or just a silly skin because why not. Thanks everyone for your input.

We already have Reaper Soraka though. Maybe something like this for April Fools' Day.
