Garen's Health Regeneration
Correct me if my math is wrong here, but if he has 1 HP (and at least 3000 MaxHP), Garen can heal all the way back to full health in, oh, like 12 seconds with a Warmogs and Spirit Visage. Why is nobody questioning that?

Because he cant heal during fights.
Because any AD champion late-game can go back to full after killing 3 minions.
Because his Passive was literally worthless pre-buff and it has been this way for months.
Because most of this healing comes from Warmog's passive. Any tank in the game can heal to full in a few seconds, just not quite as fast as Garen.
You questioned it. I'm not sure how to interpret this post. Is it rhetorical?
