This sort of matchmaking is not fun.

Of course the gold 3 player who queued up with an unranked team mate was able to get such a huge advantage that there wasn't anything my team could do. Several people quit by the time the gold player was 25/3 and it was a 3v5.

I understand that ranked and normals use different MMR levels but you don't forget everything about the game when you switch game modes.

one of them could be smurf, that's why the system thought it would be fair I, as unranked, get queued up against diamonds all the time and it's k

Gold 3 ? Lol honestly that's easy to beat.

But alright time to be for real because Gold 3's probably hard for you to face. But I guess you just kinda gotta play, nothing you can do about it now that the match has started

I feel you, but luckily that isn't really an every day occurrence. I understand that matches like these can be frustrating and feel like a waste of time, but you can also look at it from the standpoint that it is your opportunity to get a firsthand look at what you can be doing to play the game better. Higher skill level players can show you a lot when you're getting your face pummeled by them, so instead of being upset about it, try to take it as a learning experience.

One gold player?

Pfff.

I've been matched with a team of all silvers VS a team of 2 golds, 2 plats and a Diamond V.
