Yet nothing is really done to make them less relevant. Seriously, it's mind blowing at how much power as a class they are.

Armor stacking becoming to strong? Nerf it and rework said item.

Assassins/any other class that are able to 100-0 them? Nerf it and make less overbearing.

Hp stacking tanks becoming strong and making adc's weak? Here's an item that fucks you over, have a nice day!!

No other class is given ANOTHER CLASS to protect them hence supports are given a shit ton of utility.

Honestly, I might as well start playing adc's like Ezreal who is ironically the safest champion to play aka blue ezreal.

Nice joke bro.

With early ganks being more rare, there's less pressure early game bot lane by junglers, and when junglers are free to roam, they go bot to either kill enemy laners or push them out of lane so they can rush that first dragon that makes things ALOT easier.

A fed ADC can singlehandedly carry a game if it has at least 2 bodyguards.

They can be really strong as soon as they get 2 items and their power is only gonna get stronger.

Assassins were nerfed so hard that it's unlikely they are gonna duel a fed ADC now, because how snowbally this game has become with the new patch.

If you are able to find team that properly peel for you: Fed ADC > Assassin.

ADC suck lol.

They have been with mages, Riot's most favorite roles.

Not much, 2 people that peel for you and fed enemy assassins can't touch you, it's not common for a fed ADC to kill assassins if they are behind, which is something that shouldn't happen.

I even explained it later in the post:

That's what i meant, how many ADC have you seen crying because a non fed Assassin could kill them whilst being fed themselves? (Season 3).

ADC's suck this patch. Mid lane/junglers/top control the entirety of the game. Who wins bot lane? The team that has the better TP from top or has the Pantheon/WW jungle. Who gets all the dragons? Top/Jungle. Who makes all the plays? Top/jungle/mid.

ADC's don't do anything unless ridiculously fed (by their jungler/top) in which case anyone would carry.

Zed/Panth/WW/Jayce/Gnar/Irelia/Fizz/Jayce/Akali/Katarina/Fiddle etc are all the ones doing everything.

I think you are unfortunately confused. Junglers suck this patch, unless you want to base the entire class around the fact that Warwick hyperscales with one of the jungle items. (That's bad logic, by the way)

Panth/WW/J4/Fiddle are all consistent bans then you still have Rengar/Lee/Xin/Udyr who are all great. Junglers are amazing this patch. They're slightly over-shadowed by how important the top lane TP ganks are and whoever gets the assassin mid (or Xerath/Syndra depending on matchup).

Just another person complaining that the higher stats on melee champions aren't enough to give them free kills over ranged champions...

Being relevant is a good thing, who would want to play an irrelevant role? Btw, the early ganks were almost always on top or mid, that's why jungles always started with their bot Lane buff (and the stronger leash). ADC is arguably also the hardest role to play in the game, any small mistake noticed by any 1 of the 5 players on the enemy team results in an instant death - the only person that can't kill them is the support (who can cc them due to their mistake and a teammate will kill them). So what if they get to use auto attacks for damage... They need to pay way more attention to positioning and kiting than any other class.

Just fyi - Riot is pushing E$ports as hard as they can, which is why they flip flopped and now heavily enforce the meta and gut any new contenders that show up. They want there to be specific roles that function in specific ways just like a sports team. They want the game to essentially revolve around protecting the ADC. That's the model they base gameplay and balance changes on.

There was a time when they were adamant that they were not going to do this, but getting big and popular with money involved has a way of changing your mind. It's not really an issue that the game is "if three of us die for their ADC but ours lives it's worth", because they've designed it to be so. They are quite well aware of the fact that ADC's are the only actual target of value on the team.

You don´t get the point - though the OPs terminology is flawed aswell, I´ll give you that .

What he really wants to say is that marksman as a class are to mendatory since forever.

Any other role in this game sees some variety (depending on preference, composition, matchup etc.):

Top you can play Carries, Tanks, Bruiser even some Mages or Marksmen
Jungle you can see Bruisers, Assassins, Carries, Tanks...as oddballs even some Mages or Marksmen
Mid is mostly Assassins or Mages, but you can also bring Bruisers, Marksmen or Tanks on some occassions
Bot now is a different beast altogether, though for supports there is at least the choice between Tank and Mage-Supports, but for the Carry-Position you see exclusively Marksmen with no variety whatsoever.

And that´s the flaw that gets cirticised here.

The adc may be "the priority" But, funnily enough. The person that ends up being the most valuable is usually the mid in most competitive teams because that's usually the shot caller/leader. Doublelift just happens to be an odd ball.
