I had a dream about the Cassiopeia rework

In my dream, they removed her passive and made her E work such that after every 3 Twin fangs, she poisons her target for 12% max true damage over 3 seconds. This cannot happen again for 8/7/6 seconds.

Scary part is that I don't even play Cassiopeia. Dream or nightmare?

Not a fan of necromancing but wouldnt this actually be a way to keep her poison nage identity with the E in the kit?
