Reasonable Jinx Nerf?!
Just Remove either the 110% dmg from Rockets or have them not be able to crit?
Also we could increase Mana Cost with each Rocket like Toggle Swain Ult?
She seems to safe for me

uh that would be a ginormous nerf.
the easiest nerf to jinx would be to increase mana cost on her rockets early so her early lane phase is a bit harder.
I think its ok for Jinx to scale well as she is immobile hyper carry and aoe crit rockets are her thing. thats her identity. that and reset city.
the rockets are already gated by a decent mana cost, but just upping that a bit more makes her lane phase a bit harder as she can't trade as hard or often which means she is going to have a harder time scaling up. her lane phase is bad but its too easy for a good jinx to just survive and scale up right now.
I love jinx, I'm playing her here and there when the comp fits it, but they gotta be careful. she's strong as a result of nerfs to everyone else, not because she is actually broken. she's just stronger than all the other adcs who got the nerf hammer.
Umm, currently she's not meta. How can you ask for a nerf on a champ that hasn't been good since season 5?
