Kalista's new oathsworn interaction

For me this just removed any reason to play the champion. As a low gold player I often get supports that are going to roam when they shouldn't, get caught out before fights, or simply not realize they need to be with me so I can use my ulti. Now that I am dependent on being near my support in order to deal damage (needing the AS steroid) I simply can't put that amount of trust into another player in this elo and kills my desire to play what I previously considered one of my favorite champions in the game. I understand that she was receiving a lot of play across all elos (and competitive play) but this will essentially be a buff for her in high elo (gaining even more AS then before) and a nerf for her a lower elo (when my support decided to get blitz hooked before a fight even starts by over extending).
