Should i uninstall?

I have been playing league of legends since about season 1, Not much ranked during those times. I am not pro, my highest rank has been gold 4 in season 5. Which i had to acquire (4 times!) in a single season due to poor MMR etc etc. I now have 900 games in ranked (which is horrible.) and i noticed one thing. The games become huge RnG. I look at the wards for the team and as a jungler or top lane it says i placed about 40 wards in a given game, sometimes more or less but my team usually places about 6... thats the 2nd most highest on the team. I noticed that games are generally 1 team getting destroyed and cant take a single tower, while the other team just destroys with 30 plus kills. for either team its not really fun to over kill a win without much resistance and for the losing team its a horrible experience. In this preseason i have managed to drop to silver 4! I doubt riot can balance the match making due to players stupidity and (duo queue smurfs that tend to feed 20 kills combined lol) Last night i had a duo bot lane on my team, and one of them said they had to go, so lets push mid. need i add that it was one of the games we were destroying in, everyone on our team was fed, towers were falling like crazy and as support i got my adc 10+ kills and we were on our way to victory, but then the 2nd duo partner ended up pulling out the power cord of the ezreal adc we had and from there it was a 4v5... and of course we lost because the other duo partner had to leave making it a 3v5...thats the game that got me down to silver 4 out of know where. While this is only one game, I am not going to lie when i say that many rank games are due to duo querers thiinking they know more than they do. (this probably effects bronze -gold) more than anything. Lately I been trying to have more fun because of all the depressing losses by playing ap supports to cheese the enemy, which often works in this bracket but in the end, i feel the game has become far too snowbally and its time for me to throw in the towel. Is it just me in feeling this way? DrMundo

If there's anything that will make sure you never improve, it's blaming teammates and blaming matchmaking. If you play league to do these two, uninstalling is probably the choice for you.

when Ive been gold 4 times, i know its at least where i belong. In the past you werent able to derank from gold to silver, and now that you can its really hard to leave gold 5 and get to gold 4 (stressful, MMR says you belong with silver 2,) so basically being gold 5 is like being silver 0, I dont blame my teammates, I blame the state of the game. I dont see why everyone is happy with thunderlords being the only viable mastery, some games resulting in not being able to take a tower. ( I'm sorry, but if not taking a tower in a 30min. + game is balanced then help me?)

  1. punctuation

  2. either uninstall or don't. Nobody here can tell you whether or not you enjoy the game. Here's an idea - just stop playing if its not fun. You dont have to uninstall to do that.

Its not as much of the game being fun, as compared to the game changing dramatically each season. yes it is preseason but i feel like they completely refuse to fix things in a quick manner anymore. Everyone takes thunderlords, Rageblade is still the bane of anyone's existence. I wont even talk about miss fortune. Its like riot doesnt know what to do when the LCS is not going on, when it comes to buffs and nerfs.

Of course they don't know what to do, they balance partly around LCS play. With no LCS, they have no data to use for balancing, silly.

People seem to think riot should just "know" what's balanced. The fact is, the only way to see if something is too strong or too weak is to put it on live and see what happens. If something seems too strong in solo queue, the first test is if it dominates competitive play. Since there's no real competitive play going on (IEM isn't enough games to count), Riot doesn't have a lot to go off of.

tl;dr its preseason, wait until patch like 6.3 if you're really that frustrated.

And you dont think thats flawed? LCS is a entirely different play style compared to solo queue. Champions that are OP in solo queue arent considered OP in LCS all the time, The problem is that players are becoming comfortable with the state of the game. The game was least revolved around LCS in past seasons. Some champions will be stronger in a ranked 5 environment but not as OP in solo queue because they require special synergy and communication. Its just funny seeing people copy pros, by picking urgot mid or something and then feed without realizing that those teams practiced (as a team.) for weeks and had a team comp revolving around that champion to make it work. It doesnt mean that champion is OP.

There are pros constantly streaming at a challenger level, I assume they too play the game, They have statistics posted about champion win/loss rate. Even win/loss rate with certain items as well. They have the tools they need.

you are complaining about irrelevant things. Focus on improving and maybe you'll actually improve.

*Its a team game, If you read my post you would understand what im saying. Its not a matter of climbing its a matter of the state of the game. Even watching streams you hear about pros calling solo queue Rng, they also have the same kind of games where one team demolishes the other entirely and having to /ff at 20. It takes a team of 5 to generally win league of legends (assuming everyone one on both teams are of equal skill). Im sick of hearing, "Get better and carry." Is that what the game has come down to? " to carry 4 retards that have no clue whats going on?" - sounds fun. Amumu

Why do you think Koreans have an Open Mid strategy lol.

But if you are better than most people and dont make people afk you will win more games on avarage becouse you have a 50/50 chance of getting the better team if you are a avarage good player.

You have the same mentality every low elo who can not climb has. The same mindset where everything and anything is preventing you from winning/climbing/getting better.

You say you have to carry 4 retards, implying you are not retarded and are somewhat better than your teammates. This being said, the enemy team has a chance of having 5 retards on their team which makes your chances of winning higher. Statistically you should be able to win and climb more than lose since it's 4 retards on your team vs 5 retards on theirs. You can keep complaining about state of the game and Rng and blah blah blah and stay low elo.

I feel like it's preseason, and preseason things are happening.

I, for one, am stoked about the new matchmaking, new changes, and everything else that's coming down the pipe. I love the change in this game. It never stays this way for long. If you aren't having fun, quit playing. That's true any time. But I wouldn't uninstall just because the last couple weeks have been rough. Take a break, and see if it's fun again later. If not, whatever. It's just a game, either way.

Yeah idk, I've been playing league only 8 months, over half my ranked games the last week of the season and I got to gold V. I feel like AP cheese supports like karma and brand ruin the game, as well as the last whisper nerfs making tanks brokenly overpowered.dont forget devourer making jax and udyr hilariously broken. I'd just stick away from ranked because that shit is stressful
