Before getting into the champion, I'd recommend you get full T3 rune pages. The extra stats are great for early-game trading/fighting and you are handicapping yourself by not having proper runes.

Currently, 52.5% with a 12.5% play rate.
Ahri's win-rate spikes in the mid-game due to her roaming and pick potential. As the game progresses, she begins to fall off slightly but remains about 50% win rate.
Ahri's main issue (and strength) is that she is a generalist. She's good at teamfighting, sieging, getting picks and roaming while posessing a safe laning phase but she doesn't really excel in any of those quantities in comparison to a more specialized pick.
Taking a quick look at your build, you seem to be investing heavily into raw damage with little utility or durability. While learning Ahri, I'd probably recommend building more defensively so that you can't be punished as easily when you make a mistake.
Also, DON'T build Athene's Unholy Grail on Ahri. It was changed to be a support item and no longer fits her kit. Liandry's Torment isn't a great option either; while it isn't horrible late-game, it should definitely not be rushed.
Personally, I tend to build something like the following on Ahri.
(
or
)

I find I need the extra survivability to avoid dying when I misplay and I don't know her well enough to really take advantage of a heavy AP build (i.e. Morellonomicon -> Luden's Echo).
I like focusing more on her ability to kite targets and deal good sustained damage over her ability to assassinate targets. I don't play her much though, so I'm not going to say that it is the best approach.
