Ixoziel3 votesIt's not usually a stun ... she has to block a disable within .75 seconds. The vast majority of the time, it's going to be a slow unless your opponent is really bad.
Why do Jax and Irelia have stuns? they're both melee carries as well, except their stuns are actually reliable.

Sure, they have stuns, but they can't buttfuck you too hard when they stun you. For example, Jax can block only basic attacks during the period, and it's on a much higher CD. ALSO, It's because Jax can't do true damage and get a janna monsoon.

The fact that you get punished for even trying to CC her is just stupid. Spell Shields should just block, not fuck you for trying.

Because it rewards timing and usage. A conditional stun. That's like asking why everyone else have unconditional CC and hence is OP.
