Meh just some pondering thoughts about the state of the game this season. Personally I just do not understand what Riot have been trying to do, to me it just seems like they are trying to ruin there game.

In itself this game is amazing, its really fun, has a lot of different mechanics and overall tests your brain and ability to adapt game to game. Which is simply AWSOEME.

But sadly its biggest flaw is the fact that due to the nature of its gameplay it creates a toxic enviroment. We all know that as a whole this community is terrible, like everytime I see a post about how toxicity and flame are going down I just think....yeah I call BS.

The fact of the matter is that this game s by far in its worst state EVER, yes people may not be being negatice in the way we are used to i.e. posting abuse, however there is a really big "I jsut do not care" attitude going on, where you wil be in a game and you get players purposefully throwing the game or not listening to pings just to hack people off because they do not care about winning or if they lose promo, etc.

The funny thing is that this is something that is completely unique to League of Legends. In every other competitive game with a ranking system you dont get this type of attitude, so why is it here?

Well the answer if pretty simple but for some reason Riot just refuse to address it and, to be honest, I just want to know why?

The reason this game has such a horrible experience for players and causes so much stress is because it is trying to do two things at the ame time, and it is doing both of them very badly.

To explain, the concept behind the game is to work as a team to destroy the enemy nexus - on paper this is fine. However the only way to do this is to have every member of your team working together, yeah cooll that is fine I will just chat to them and...oh wait.,,there is no voice chat.

So in a game where we have some very mechanically heavy champions, we have a chat system that requires you to - yup here is the golden bit - TYPE to your team....so basically go afk for a few seconds in order to write your message.

WHAT! Yeah I will just let that sink in. So a game that wants to be team based does not actually have a method of communication build in that synergises with its design......

Yeah there are LOADS of other issues with how this season but for me this is one of the biggest and I feel a fair few of the other issues would go away if this was addressed - well not the horrible balancing or the just horrible idea of DynamicQ - but you know, baby steps.

Care to provide context? I provided examples for my opinion and used the basic premise of the game's fundimental features in mine. You have so far just put a reply for the sake of replying.

The biggest issue isn't whether or not the league community is bad. It's the mountain of people who think that anyone cares about their opinions of, "why the league community is toxic".

You see what you want to see in large online communities, but in reality, the ratio of negative players to positive players is constant, no matter where you go. In any competitive game, you have a certain ratio, but the kicker is that people like you completely ignore the positive portions of the community.

Unless someone goes above and beyond with kindness and helpfulness, you simply don't see it. What you do see is endless bitching, Constant whining and ignorant flaming. That's all you choose to see.

Here's the thing. Think of all of the players you've ever played with in league of legends. How many players, on average, do you see actively go out of their way to flame someone? I see that maybe once out of every 5 or 6 games, one guy wants to be a massive dick. About every 3 games there's that one guy where no matter what you do will MIA ping on top of you for no reason, just being ridiculously passive aggressive.

Did you ever once stop to think about those other 20+ people you played with who didn't flame or even say one word in chat? No, because all you focus on is what you see and not what you don't.

The fact of the matter is that probably 95% of the people you play with are just playing the game. They don't care about flaming. They're not looking for someone to bitch at. They're just playing a game and for people like you to act like you have any rational idea about it is just hilariously asinine.

So you think it is okay for nobody to have a say? Funny it's ignorant thoughts like that which show your lack of education, which is very sad.

Regardless your points are rather ignorant since your main basis is against my "opinion" being subjective to my experience and yet your counter is in fact the same thing. I actually find that in every game I play at least 1 out of the four other players present have a negative atitude, now this does not mean they are going to flame/feed but it does mean that they will not play well as a team. So it depends on which figure you want to look at, negativity via individual players or negativity per game - this is the point I was addressing but dont worry I appriciate you don't know how to read properly.

My core point was that the introduction of an in-game voice chat would be optimal for the game as team play is such a big focus. Yet you only wish to passivly flame on a thread which could have had a meaningful and fun discussion.

I find this very sad and yet it does prove a point, people with attitudes like yours are not healthy for such a competitive enviroment. But that is for another topic, I will just sign off and hope that you get the help that you clearly need, passive anger is an unhealthy condition and you would be wise to discuss your inner issues with a professional. So wait. Because I have a positive attitude that suggests much less toxicity in the game than you think there is, that somehow makes me unfit for a competitive environment? Not being mad about people who aren't there makes me mad about people who aren't there? Lol?

That's the most capricious, dickheaded argument I've ever heard in my life and it's really all I need to know that you're nothing but a forum troll, honestly.

You're a salty little bitch that all you want is someone to hear your whimpering and whining and lay cause to your anecdotal bullshit. You say shit with the intent that you hope it's true or at least someone else is willing enough to stand beside you and bullshit. It's the same logic that drives the anti-vax community. You're wrong, but you want to be right and you think that exaggerating your ordeal will somehow justify the fact that you just suck and you can't deal with one person out of every five games who says something negative and just mute their asses.

Let me tell you a truth, here. No one gives a shit about you or your whining, bitching and moaning about the "state of the game" or "toxicity". No one on here gives a shit and I promise that Riot gives even less of a shit.

You people always think you're so special when you have an opinion on "the state of the game" when you wouldn't know the state of the game if it kicked you in the balls. You are literally a worthless sample size of 1 in an ocean of millions of players whom the vast majority of don't appear to be having the same issues as you for some reason or another. But one person's dramatic, conjectured oversimplification of a system that they don't understand means more than everyone else' collective.
