Riots opinion on the current meta?

I was just wondering if any staff actually wanted to comment on the state of the game at the moment. I mean there are a lot of posts about how players feel the current meta has ruined the game and how it is unhealthy.

I mean I share this opinion, this game is not even a little fun at the moment which is sad, I think personally I will give it a few more patches then if nothing adapts I will quit myself like many others have. (this is not a change the game back or I quit thing more a I am not enjoying the game as it stands so will go play something I will enjoy)

But what do the people actually making the game this way think? You must have a reason for wanting the game to go this way, even thought your player base does not like it, so what is it? I would personally really love to know as maybe it would make people think, oh okay I kinda understand, and make people less negative about things.

For me the main points I would like to see addressed would be:

1/ Why are "tanks" currently allowed to do so much damage? I almost always see them with both the most damage in a game and also the most damage taken. 2. Do you not think the current LCS viewing experience is undesirable, for most of last season I was hooked on pretty much every game, but this one and worlds I am bored after about 15 minutes and I know many people share this feeling. 3. What are you actually trying to achieve with the game? Because it is obvious that players do not understand. 4. Why have you allowed the game to get to this stage? People will always complain about change but you have to admit the changes like that of the juggernauts was a bad decision. I am sure they will all even out once all the changes come into play but to me it seems that it should have been all don't together and not piecemeal.

I would really like to see a response as I feel it would give players a better understanding of what League of Legends is becoming and give players a fair chance to adapt (if they want to), and enjoy the game as it is supposed to be.
