Can we do something about Ashe?

Not really a QQ post, i like the new ashe update but its a little too strong at the moment. My buddy was playing and i was watching him and he was 19-4 as draven and this ashe was 0-9. literally 0 kills. AShe ulted him out of the bush and killed him 100-0 without him being able to throw one axe. That is completely stupid ridiculous. No champion should be able to do that to a champion that fed with 0 kills. It may just be an extenuating circumstance but it seemed a little overboard to me.
