Ekko is Balanced.

I have no problems with this guy except from his shield.

I don't mind him running around dashing to people, have champions who already do that enough, and his damage doesn't seem to be on an insane level. His ultimate is fine, doesn't give him much health, if you have a gap closer and he uses it poorly it hardly does anything.

His shield though.. why does he even have a shield? Just sometimes in a teamfight he stuns someone, that's fine, but then he suddenly gains this ~1k+ shield out of nowhere. If everyone is focusing him first it completely screws the entire team over.

Really don't think removing that shield will be a huge nerf on him, nothing else needs to be changed, at least in my opinion. Not even sure why he has it. If he's keeping it, at least have some kind of cap / lower the ap ratio.

His shield needs to be nerfed and his ult needs a mana cost then he will be balanced.
